i've already explained this in the rules,
but i'll make it clearer.

Repeating the same thing over and over again "hey! join my forum!" and then in another board... "hey! join my forum!" and again.... "hey! my forum!! join it!" It gets annoying. If you're really desperate for members, I'd rather you PM people to join it.
Writing nonsense messages "LOL" "Cool" "Nice" "OK" "I agree" and so on.
Off-topic replies Let's say the subject is about Harry Potter, and you rattle on about Twilight? The subject is Harry Potter, for Pete's sake! Stick to that subject!
Topics in the wrong boards When you talk about CDs in the board about books. O_O
Writing 1-3 words in a single message "LOL" "Hey! Sup?" "Aww" "Sorry" etc. Please avoid this since it makes your post useless.
Writing rude words on any of the boards or anywhere in the entire forum. If you feel the need to swear since you're frustrated, censor.
