okay, so there are some rules on how to use it.
no flooding!
flooding means posting more than 2 messages intentionally. if you flood the shoutbox, you will receive a warning. if you keep flooding it &we're getting tired of you, you will be banned from the forum.
yes, you can spam /chat there!
you're free to spam /chat /speak in your dialect there.
no posting of obscene words!
that's a big no-no that applies to everything in this forum.
yes, you can advertise your sites there!
but don't flood. also, don't advertise obscene sites /sites with viruses.
